Private Chinese Tutors, also known as Company, acts as a platform for connecting people with online Chinese tutors. It is responsible for the introduction of client-teacher relationships and handling the transaction fees between these parties. All other interactions that occur outside of the initial client-tutor introduction, payment setup and ongoign tutoring management are not the responsibility of the Company, including, but not limited to, topics of conversation between students and teachers unrelated to the tutoring lesson, communication between students and teachers outside of the tutoring class tiemframe, or failure to meet certain test or learning requirements.
